why electricity, why electricity is inevitable, why electricity is needed electricity versus vs other energy types forms

Why electricity?:
Since the day electricity is started to be in use studies to have the advantages of electricity in more mobile forms.
To make something moving, to make movement continiousi to change the speed of the movement as acceleration or deceleration, to heat, to cool, to enlighten etc. Energy is needed. Or in an other way to change the condition of anything we need energy.
As the energy is not something we can hold or see; we use the energy of certain materials by changing the form with a more useable carrier for us. For example coal itself does not mean anything alone. We need to burn coal and exchange the energy released to steam or air. Then the energy in the coal can be used by us. We can move things by steam power or heat up a place or something with the energy released by burning coal. Despite all the technology we have humanity still can not use the energy hidden in the sources directly. We cannot use the chemical energy in coal without burning it. Even with the nuclear sources energy is first transferred to water to produce steam power which we know how to use.
The usage end the distribution of energy in such ways is neither economical nor practical. The audiences living in a coal heated building might have seen how difficult to transport and store the coal in these amounts.  In detached houses a room or an equal sized place is for the coal to be used. Also the ignition processes and the control of fire is much more difficult in solid fuel usage.
After living these disadvantages using gas heating would be seen as much beter since a small pipe is enough to do the same work of coal. How ever gas pipes are very difficult and expensive to install. Also energy obtaining from gas fuels needs a very tight organisation. A small problem in a huge system can make all of the users shiver from cold.
Also making a mobile system with these kinds of energy sources has many problems. By the way storage and control mechanisms are the biggest problems and are not to be solved easily.
On the other hand things to be done are very limited in these kinds of energy sources. Locomotives can be moved by steam power. The system to use and convert the energy is possible in that kind of machinery. Also it is much easier to build storage rooms in such systems. However it is impractical to make a tv or cell phone. Electronics is basically a set of 1 and 0s to mention there is electricity (1) or no electricity (0). This can be made by steam as steamtronic by saying there is steam (1) or no steam (0). How ever water steam is much heavier and bigger than almost weightless electron.
I think a steamtronic cell phone would be as big as a 72 cm crt screen tv. And such heavy. İn order to make that cell phone working we might have needed a coal bunch weighing about 30 kgs and a water-steam tank as big as that. Despite all that weight is just for one day charge. Totally impractical.
Waking up at night and putting coal to your phone several times to make it running is another disadvantage. Forgeting the cap of the burning place open when you are sleepy and putting your house on fire is another caricaturised disadvantage of that kind of a system.
Transporting and using energy in the form of electricity is much more unique. Electricity is the motion of electrons which have practically  no weight. Since electrons are so small and can move almost witha a speed almost equal to light speed; it is possible an deven so easy to carry huge amounts of energy in small volumes and relatively cheaper installations.
For example a pipe carrying natural gas to a million populated city is big enough for a transit pass with a truck through the pipe. However the lines to carry the same amount f electricity consists of just 3 cables as thick as an arm of an adult each. Both producing and installing these cables is much cheaper and much easier. Just the comparison of the thickness of the gas pipes in your house and the thicness of the electric wires is enough to understand the difference. Also gas pipe operates only e few appliances. However the number of the electric operaed devices is much more.
This condition of beeing that smaller we can carry computer  technologies enough to go to moon in our pockets and the source to power them is less than 100 grams.
Since electronic gave us the chance to micronise technology we could want our civilisation to be with us all day. Electric lighting at home or in the street is good but carrying a torch with me would be beter. The big phe device was fine to use but ı want one in my pocket. We could wish these and wish more because we have electricity and electricity is yet the best option to have mobile systems.
Mobile electricity is not just for luxury. Listening to music in a picnic or using chargeable vacuum cleaners when there is wall outlet can be considered as luxury (that ı think they are not) but still portable electric sources are needed.
It is both not economic and impractical to install power grid to every part of the world.  Even mobility can be needed in places with power grid. As an example toys having a wall outlet cord or clocks with poer cords are completely useles.
On the other hand researcers working on uninhabited lands, military actions happening on open grounds or even nature sports make us demanding mobile electricity. It is mostly neither impractical not unnecessary to install a grid in these conditions. Maybe sometimes impossible.
As another example the machinery having self electricity producing capabilities like motorvehicles even need mobile electricity. These systems are never nonstop working devices. This means you need to give an first start mechanism. As told before electricity is the most logical way to give that kind of starting power. However it is generally impractical and mostli impossible to find a proper wall outlet to ignite your car anytime you need. A mobile system is inevitable in most conditions.
As a summary electricity is the easiest and cheapest way to carry energy. Also the possiblities of micronisation capabilities make electricity more inevitable. I can easily say that energy is the real value and electricity is and will be the currency of energy for a long time. Because of that why is electricity other than the other powering methods.
